Heeeeee’s back! Is it just me or has these last two years flown by? Holy smokes! It seems like just yesterday that he slipped away and joined up for his military service. (Why does that sound like he ran away from home to join the circus?) Anyway, he’s gone but he’s back now.

As he went into the military early (can you also believe he’s only 21? That’s more unbelievable than the fact these two years have slipped by) although he went early in entertainment star years, he was actually right on target for regular Korean man services. Yoo Seung Ho was lucky enough (or worked his ass off enough) to be able to take the time off so early in his career. In the long run, going in early, getting his duty out of the way, is going to be so good for his career. When all of the stars of his age bracket start getting picked off, behind hustled into the system, there he’ll be, snatching up the plum roles.
Of course, since he was the hot thing going into the military, the offers for work streamed in as he neared his exit date, and now that he’s left, he already has his first job lined up a movie called Joseon Magician. The movie is the story of a princess who falls in love with a circus magician (yeah, I see that as ending real well.). I’m so happy to have him back and working, I’m not even that mad his choice is a movie there’s no way in heck I’ll ever watch. Ever.
Now here comes the bad news. Or possible bad news. With the release of one star, you know the military is just waiting to snatch up someone else and a lot of my favorites are creeping up there in age. Can you imagine how much it would hurt if they all go in the same year? OUCH.
