Greets and Salutations.

Are you like other girls and guys who have dozens of lipsticks and are always in search of the next super amazing color that makes you squeal?  As I am always on the search for the perfect reds and flashy purples; I was turned onto to a pretty color that was yelling, “Well, I am only $14.00!”

Okay, yes yes free shipping is a plus from any website, so I splurged and viola.  Peripera Peri’s Cushion Lips was in my clutches!

Figuring out the perfect lip color is like picking out the perfect G-Dragon song to listen to—it can be a daunting task.  I could go on and on how many hit and misses I had with lip color but it all boils down to trail and error.

Again please don’t fret which color is the most suitable and try something new; it’s just lip color after all.  Be adventurous!

Gong Hyo Jin is Club Clio’s go to girl for the year!

After seeing the graduated lip trend in many K-Dramas and K-Pop videos I really wanted to try this look so I went with Peri’s Cushion Lips.

Gradation Lip Colors. My purchase with PK05!

Club Clio is the company which produces the lip color and a slew of other amazing finds.  The lip color was purchased from Soko Glam which is my number 1 go to website for any beauty inspired Korean products.  Knowing that I would get free shipping if I added on another $14;  I decided to go for it.

Now the color I purchased was PK05, which I sampled on my inner wrist below, looked like a bright pink mauve which was completely different from the picture above .  The color in the photo is more of a matte mauve purple with hints of pink while the color I applied was pink-pink.  It wasn’t that I didn’t like the color but I already have 3 similar colors in my Hello Kitty make-up tote.

The consistency of the product was rather streaky and hard to apply without a lip brush or your index finger.  You really needed to apply either a lip balm or a nude base and then gently apply the Lip Cushion to create the gradation look.   Overall this product was okay and I did get a nice complement on the color but it came off really easy and was super hard to apply.  Thanks for reading next week I am going to try to try in a little fashion for the K pop clothes lovers.

Peace out!
