Ready to talk dramas? We certainly are! This episode we chat about what we’re watching, where Stephanie reveals the rabbit hole of Thai teen dramas she inexplicably found herself in this week. Cherry stayed the popular Kdrama course with shows like Cheese in the Trap but had her own dip in weirdo-land with the Chinese time travel gender bender drama Go Princess Go. We also discuss the reaction video scare this past week and then top it off with more Signal love.

So, I’m driving alone in the car on the way to working an Ash Wednesday service when I realize that you are talking about PUSH (Put Phutthichai Kasetsin) and his amazing resemblance to Ji Chang Wook!!! I confess to a few excited squeaks! Now, if you want to see him be something besides a good guy (and besides a good guy, I really mean one cute horrible bastard) I suggest Roy Leh Sanae Rai from 2015. It’s a good slap/kiss lakorn in that they really rip this one up but he is totally a giant rotten jerk. Somedays, thats just what you need. Thanks for a good show – you may have convinced me to watch Signal.

AND not to oversell a good thing but – Push is also in an upcoming series called the U Prince series with your boys from Lovesick. Not sure if they are in the same episode – it looks like an omnibus series.

Thanks for chatting about Kdramas with tweens. I am always looking for show to share with my 12 yo. She loved Dream High.

Hmmm… I would probably stay away from Room Alone and definitely Hormones. The Ugly Duckling series should be okay. Everybody is loving the crap out of Cheer Up, which is high school. While I haven’t seen them, people like the School series. Heartstrings, although I think technical they are college, is a cute series. I’d say if you’re okay with the gay themes, I’d greatly recommend Love Sick, but ONLY if you skip all the parts that have girls in them. Those ladies are TOXIC and should not be witnessed by impressionable youths. 😉
