Some of you may be surprised to know that these hottie posts can sometimes be a challenge. And the hardest part is actually deciding who to cover!
First, I try to vary the style and look of the artist of the week to cover all the different tastes out there. They can’t be too new to the scene because then its hard to find enough quality content to work into an interesting post. Second, I like to make sure I mix up actors and idols, but since I spend less time in drama than Kpop, ideas do not always come to me quickly. (This is where suggestions are always helpful. Thank you Amber, for being a source of inspiration!) Then, if I cover an idol, choosing which one! I don’t want to cover members of the same group too close together since there are so many groups to make my way through!
This week saw me doing the eenie, meenie, miney, moe between Vixx and Infinite. Then, when I decided on Infinite, between the members. Sometimes its my bias, and sometimes its not. They have to “speak” to me. So, I was supposed to go through pics of several members to see who was floating my boat this week, but honestly, I started and stopped right here with Hoya.
Hoya is my Infinite bias, and it was love at first sight. He’s their main dancer, as well as one of their singers and rappers. I can’t remember where I saw him first, but watching him dance blew me away and I’ve remained faithful (At least within Infinite. All bets are off elsewhere).
Some of you might only know him from Reply 1997, where he plays Kang Jun Hee.
Hoya spends a lot of time working on his body, and he obviously loves us because he frequently takes his shirt off.
Thank you, Hoya! We love you too.
He looks fantastic in clothes too. He’s got the broad shoulders that look great in a suit.
Or anything really. So handsome!
He’s an amazing dancer. Crisp and powerful. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched this.
Just this summer, before Infinite did their comeback with The Eye, Hoya appeared multiple times on the Mnet dance show Hit the Stage. I love this performance. He was not afraid to get sexy. /fans self
You can tell Hoya is a perfectionist, a work-aholic, and a little on the serious side. I’ve always had a weakness for those types of idols.
It makes it all the more magical when they smile and laugh.
OK, I think thats enough for now. I’m feeling pretty good about this week’s Khottie choice. How about you? I wonder who I should do next week? Wait and see!
