Do you ever think about why a bias is a bias? What makes someone you’ve never met, will likely never meet (except for a second long high five if you’re lucky) the focus of all your fantasies? Someone you get protective over, annoyed when other people notice a particular picture or look. And do you ever think about why you move on from a bias, what makes your feelings change and evolve?
Kim Namjoon, who needs no introduction these days, was not my original BTS bias. A quiz told me it should be Jimin and it was until I saw them live for the first time at KCON NY in 2016. Namjoon and his long legs swept me away and the rest was history as they like to say…a history that continues to evolve and change. I was lucky to see them last week in LA (with soundcheck!) and it was a great show. I’m not sure who I’d say is my BTS bias today if forced to choose but I do know that once a bias there will always be something special there.
Namjoon, or stage name RM, turned 24 and khottie eligible on the 12th.
He’s the leader of BTS. 
The cheers in the Staples Center were deafening when he did his last comments at the end of the show. 
He’s an incredibly talented rapper and songwriter. 
Very smart and well read. 
Also well known for being clumsy and destructive. 
And I believe I mentioned something about long legs. 
Hard to miss. 
You can understand why a girl might change her bias. 
Oh…and he has dimples. 
Did someone say dimples?
Sorry, you’ll just have to deal with the dimples. 
Hard to believe he’s already 24 or just 24…depending on how you look at it.
