Monday! I like to think the holidays make Mondays just that much easier. Something about the excitement of the weekends bleeding into the week, the thoughts of midweek plans which make your week seem like it’s going by just that much faster. To that, I say, thanks, Holidays, I toast my morning gallon of coffee to you. In that spirit, let’s hit Day TEN!
Talking about weekend plans, would you like to see my tree? It’s a Kdrama tree! Or, more specifically, it’s a Pasta Tree! Howso? I’ve wanted to do this tree since I saw it in the drama, Pasta. Seen in a flashback, Chef and his former girlfriend decorates their tree with red bulbs and Polaroid pictures. As this holiday and this project is about reminding me all that is good and happy, (and I got rid of most of my Christmas ornaments when I moved to Colorado) I decided this was the perfect time attempt it. My lovely friend and coworker Boulder Girl lent me her Polaroid printer and I printed random happy pictures of life from my time here in Colorado.
Have to say, I’m pretty pleased with the results!
Happy Holidays, my friend! May you be able to be happy…and to sneak in as many K-references into your holiday as your family will allow. 🙂
