Khottie of the Week: Seventeen’s Boo Seungkwan

Khottie of the Week

With SaraG’s overwhelming resurgence of love for Seventeen and their amazing new album (can’t tell you how many times I’ve listened/watched all versions of Rock With You), I can’t help but take another look at Seventeen and go…’hey boys, I’m back!’ As it turns out, I’ve had a lot of members of Seventeen be Khottie over the years so I’m happy to say we are pretty close to closing out the set. So this week’s Khottie? Boo Seungkwan!

Or Boo Diva as we like to call him.

I’m not sure who coined the term…

But when SaraG taught me Seventeen in our first informal Kpop School, that’s what his name was and that’s how I always affectionately know him as.

His other nickname?

Jeju Prince.

Why Jeju Prince?

Because he comes from Jeju.

And he’s a prince.

Dur.

Seungkwan was actually one of the easiest members of Seventeen for me to learn.

I loved his round cheeks.

Sure, over the years he’s lost a lot of that, but the memory of them are still there.

I’m HERE for it.

I’ve been choosing the sort of entertainment I’m going to bring with me on my upcoming trip…

And I’ve decided it’s the perfect time to catch up on some variety.

One of those will be a lot of episodes of Going Seventeen.

Which is their Youtube variety show where they just do some of the funniest things.

If you happen to like Seventeen, do yourself a favor and check out the episode where they do the bouncy house obstacle course.

It is HILARIOUS.

Even though I’ve already seen it, I might bring it so I can watch it again.

The last episode I had the time to watch was part one of their Halloween episode where its a spin on a horror escape room.

They are failing fabulously and I can’t wait to see them finally get to the end.

I’ll probably ask Sara for some other suggestions, as I believe at this point she’s seen ALL of them.

I always like something a little light and fluffy on vacation, something that doesn’t need a ton of focus.

And Seventeen variety sounds pretty perfect.

So Boo Diva.

Our Jeju prince.

I’ll see you and all your friends in a few days.
